"My name is Bell. Natalie and John trained my mum to train me when I was 7 months old. She thinks they were really fantastic because I was a rescue dog with no clue about anything and now I am well socialised, well behaved (well mostly), secure and confident. She tells anyone who will listen how fabulous they are. I had a bit of a setback after a knee operation that didn't go so well. Natalie and John maintained their interest in me. They were incredibly caring and supportive and helpful during my recovery. They were able to recommend a whole lot of things that helped my mum prepare me for when I came home from hospital and then how to help me in my long period of confinement. I think I may need some refresher training when I am completely better because it will have been so long since I have been off the lead and played with other dogs. I am cool with that because Nat and John are so gentle and training is fun."

“John and Nat are a fabulous team. I had an 8 week old Labra-doodle, Monte and we have thoroughly enjoyed puppy school with them. The one-on-one sessions also with Nat are so useful I highly recommend both for you and your puppy. I love the constant referencing to the positive – behaviourally I see how affirming this is for dogs and helps build their spirit. Monte loves them both as do I – thanks again Nat & John you continue to shine” Sarah, Centennial Park
“What a Dog Needs? -- Natalie and John, no question! Without Natalie and John’s experience, advice and care our two staffies wouldn’t be the same – they’ve gone from anxious to happy, healthy and well behaved dogs (with a little bit of cheekiness of course).
Having two female Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Cuba and Suga, that were anxious we had some challenging moments as puppies. In looking for the very best help we were referred by Australia’s leading dog behavioural scientists to Natalie and John Watson. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to assess the situation and to calm our dogs’ nerves.
They shared their knowledge and experience in dog training and handling, training us how to ‘read’ behaviour, how to teach obedience calmly and gently and importantly how to create a safe and rewarding environment for the dogs. With their help we, and our work, we now have two well balanced (and cute) staffies and learned how to support our dogs in handling a wide range of situations without angst.
I have no hesitation in writing this recommendation and cannot express our gratitude enough for their help – they are genuinely caring, capable, talented trainers with amazing connections to dogs and people alike. I wish them all the best as they continue to help dogs around Australia!"

"fun, informative atmosphere" Michael, Randwick"Natalie did a fantastic job training the latest member of our family. She taught us about grooming, feeding and general health as well as obedience routines at home and in the local park. The key benefit was teaching our little boy how to interact with our dog and involving him in the training sessions." Martin, Bondi Junction
